     Habib Intelligent Software Limited (hisoft) was formed in November 2002 under the auspices of its first Chairman Prof. A. K. M. Habibur Rahman, MA, LLB, DPM, DIM., Advocate, Ex-EVP & Company Secretary, Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. Under his supervision hisoft has learnt to crawl. Now Hisoft is well matured under the leadership of the present Chairman Dr. M. Emranul Haque. From august 2003, CEO of the company, M. Ashraful Haque started to guide the company and still his guidance is showing the way of success.
